Madelaine’s journey in the health industry kicked off in 2009 with a certificate in Personal Training. Her education and knowledge is forever evolving having since completed a Bachelor of Health Science (Myotherapy), pre and post natal training and abdominal scar immersion training.
Madelaine's has inspired many personal training and manual therapy clients. From huge successes with weight loss, fitness & strength gains, to musculoskeletal rehabilitation and pain modulation.
Madelaine loves all outdoor activities, such as running, surfing, standup paddle boarding, snowboarding, hiking and fishing!
A Myotherapist is a degree qualified 'hands-on' therapist. We use a variety of skills and techniques to treat muscles, joints and nerves. A session with a 'Myo' consists of a thorough assessment, which directs the choice of techniques used for treatment. A session with a Myo can assist injury recovery, sports recovery or relieve tired, sore and overworked structures.
With over 10 years of experience, Madelaine has a unique skill set as a personal trainer centred around the core value of fitness that nurtures. Madelaine bases her programs for clients on a holistic view of health, recognising the importance of balancing physical, emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing.
